DIVESWIM (Dongguan Tianhe Technology Co., Ltd.) provides R&D, design and prototyping services for diving and swimming gear brands. We are not just a contract manufacturer — start from an idea, a competitor sample, or even one sentence like “I want a mask that never leaves marks on my face”, and our engineering team will turn it into a product you can actually mass produce.
Our R&D service covers industrial design, 3D structural engineering, mold design and simulation — all completed in-house at our own 15,000 m² facility. Nothing is outsourced or passed on. More than 20 self-owned patents (PAF-X1 anti-fog, CVC-X1 pressure equalization, FM101 anti-CO² full-face mask, and more) can be reused directly or engineered around, shortening your development cycle and lowering tooling risk.
We start from market positioning and deliver 2D sketches and renderings: define the target user, price band and use scenario first, then present 3 to 5 design directions for you to choose from. Draft angle, wall thickness uniformity and coloring process are considered from the start, so nothing ends up looking good but being impossible to make.

We build 3D models to split internal structure and verify assembly: lens clip and skirt integrated molding, drain valve and mouthpiece interface, fin blade ribs and foot pocket connection — every fit and every sealing path is verified one by one.

Plastic and silicone molds are developed together: the mold concept (cavity count, gate position, cooling channels) is defined from the structural parts, and mold flow analysis predicts shrinkage and warpage in advance. Silicone parts are designed separately by hardness and elongation.

Mechanical and fluid behaviour is validated virtually at the design stage: fin propulsion and rebound fatigue, skirt contact pressure distribution, snorkel exhaust resistance. We run it on the computer first and kill the problems before the mold is cut.
